What if I wish to return an item?
Whilst we advise you check the products as soon as they are delivered, we give you 14 days after the date of your delivery for you to let us know if you want to return an unwanted product. Anything beyond this time will be refused.
Items that need to be returned must be re-packaged in the packaging they came in on the day of delivery. If you no longer have the original packaging, or it’s too worse for wear to use again, it’s your responsibility to get packaging material that’s suitable for the safe transport of your order.
Please note: Once you have taken mattresses, mattress toppers out of their original packages, you cannot return them due to hygiene issues.
What is Myfurniture.online returns policy?
You must let us know within 5 days of delivery if something is damaged, faulty, or missing from your order as this speeds up the claims process, otherwise it may take extra time for the courier service to investigate the claim.
You also have 14 days from the day of the delivery to contact us if you decide you want to return some or all of your order.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a collection service for returning an unused item, arrangement would need to be made by yourself to return the item to us.
Please be aware that unwanted items must not have been used and must be received back in pristine condition so they can be resold. This means that you would be unable to return an item that you have assembled.
Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and ONLY after we have inspected them for damage.
If any of your items return looking like they’ve been used or damaged, the item will only sell at a reduced value, in which case you will charged for that loss.
We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged, so we encourage you to return your item in its original packaging. Please ensure the item is really well wrapped with sturdy and impact absorbing material.
Once you have taken mattresses and mattress toppers out of their original packages, you cannot return them. If you wish to test a mattress or mattress topper please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order already been shipped.

How long will my order take?
Unlike our competitors - every item on our website shows the estimated delivery time. These delivery times are given as a guide and delivery may be before, or in some cases slightly after this date. We always try to deliver your items as quickly as possible!
When do you deliver?
Deliveries can only be made during working hours, Monday to Friday and we cannot always provide an exact date at the time of ordering. For furniture items, you will usually receive a phone call a 1-2 days before delivery. If you want to know when your order will arrive, you can email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where do you deliver?
We can only deliver items within the EU. FREE delivery applies to addresses within EU Mainland. If there are any issues we will contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed. If you would like some advice regarding delivery before ordering, please do not hesitate to email our sales team at email@example.com. Alternatively, you can use our live chat facility where our online operators are standing by to answer your questions.

Problems with deliveries
We use couriers for many of our items, and unfortunately damages can happen. If this is the case, please send us an email as soon as the item is received to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will deal with this for you as a priority. If possible, please attach a photo of the damage to your email.
